Language setting ignored

Hi, I have set the app language to english, but it keeps changing to spanish. Mi device is set to english too. Some menus are in spanish while others are in english. Is it possible to make the languages optional, and download only those needed? or may be delete any language other than english? I tried uninstalling and installing again many times. App version 4.31.3.

I noticed the same a few weeks ago. Locus was suddenly talking German to me, although I told it to use English. Then I noticed, that the same window (e.g. point management) is once German and a few minutes later (without closing Locus), it is displayed in English.
