Hi,
unfortunately, there is no way of transferring all Locus Map's data to Garmin in one step. You can only export one track at a time:
- via a GPX, or
- with the Locus Map for Garmin add-on. More at https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php/manual:user_guide:add-ons:locusforgarmin
