Save button for new points should always be visible

I use the new point dialogue very often. However, since the buttons on them new locus app have been moved to the bottom, i always have to press back once to hide the keyboard to even be able to save the new point, this is very tedious and unnecessary.

The save button should always be visible above the keyboard.

In the classic app, this was no problem as the buttons were always on top and thus always visible
