Moving/deleting points takes very long

Hello,
I have a folder with > 6,000 points. Moving them to another folder or deleting them takes about 10 minutes. This feels significantly longer than it used to in older versions of Locus. I am using the newest version of Locus Map. I am also using the same settings as before, as far as I know.
There are no problems when viewing the points on the map or when importing them.
What could be the cause of this and how can I solve it? Thanks in advance.

what storage do you use for your app's main directory? I've tested it on the internal storage and moving ~ 5000 points takes less than a second.
