Performance issue

I'm having an app performance issue on my Motorola G84, Android 15. Locus 4.32.4
Zooming in and out, as well as panning the map, takes forever, lags, and displays "app not responding" messages. I've tried various maps, with and without waypoints, and the battery settings are unlimited. In comparison, mapy.com and Google Maps work without any issues. I'm at a loss as to what else I can do, as Locus is currently unusable for me.
