GB Theme Download Failure John Thorn

I downloaded and purchased a John Thorn Map today from the Locus Store and the Map downloaded ok but the accompanying GB theme does not. I believe the GB theme should be downloaded automatically with the map but it doesn't appear in the Themes list .

I then tried to download the GB theme from the store manually and it results in a Code 95 error with further information in the notification that I've attached a screenshot of.

Can someone provide the GB theme file for John Thorn maps and I can try to upload this manually? Or is this a symptom of a wider issue? I previously had John Thorn maps installed with no issue. I've tried deleting the maps and reinstalling without any success.

Hi Craig

This should be what you're after (to be placed in the "Locus/MapsVector/_Themes" folder). Should be the latest version too as I only downloaded it a week or two ago. Cheers, Mike

Thanks for this. I placed the zip file in the Themes folder and it doesn't show up in the app when a John Thorn Map is open but strangely the GB_Style theme shows up in the list when any non-John Thorn map is open.

I deleted both John Thorn Maps again and re-installed them which results in an error
java.lang.illegalArgumentException: invalid render theme version:5 when opening either map.

Until I downloaded the latest John Thorn Maps today I never had any issues before with themes or John Thorn maps.

Did you unzip the file? I didn't make that clear... Folder should look like the screenshot below

Hi Mike,

Yes I tried it both zipped and unzipped and it made no difference. I know it's supposed to be exclusively for John Thorn Maps but it showed up fine for the Scotland Lo Map in the Themes List and seemed to work. I tried to validate the theme and it suggested some files were missing, buoy.png and wreck.png - but this didnt prevent it from working with the Soctland LOMap. Not really sure what's going on as I've had John Thorn maps for a few years before this without any theme issues
