Web tool- From one Point to the first of all Points

I wish a tool that me ask one Position (i.e. my Hotel in Holiday) .
After that the tool checks all gpx in a group , get the first point of the Route (=Begin of Track for Hiking) than it start to calculate a route to the hotel.
And than the next gpx in the group and so on.
With this utility i get a easy list how far it is to the begin of the gpx track and how long does it take.
Actually i did it manualy and it takes me much time. Because i must pick the gpx, than pick the first point, an edit the point than i put it in google maps an i have to note the results in an excel sheet.
