Export path issue

Running LM 4.32.4 on an Android 13 Oneplus phone.
When I export a Testvv track as a gpx file, it succeeds with message 'Export to Testvv.gpx finished'.

Trying to import it, I select Local as Source. I see different directories, one being export but it does not contain Testvv.gpx (but some gpx files from the past).

After browsing several directories, I could find the Testvv.gpx file in cache > export.
I don't remember having to use this path, is this new ?
Why not keep all exports in the export directory ?

Edit: as the name implies, after quitting and restarting LM, the cache>export directory is empty. Does it mean the Testvv trace has to be exported again?
