3d skyplot - save/restore state on activity pause/resume

steps to reproduce:
1. Enable 3d skyplot in settings
2. Open GPS view
3. Zoom in or out
4. Switch to another app
5. Switch back to Locus

thank You for a precise bug report. Issue after long fight found and fixed. Currently there is a small problem that whole display of 3D skyplot is reset when you return from second app back to Locus Map. Fortunately this is not a big problem ...
