Edit chart in dashboard

For now, the chart cell is not highlighted with a pink border while being edited, and the clickable area for editing the cell is probably blocked by the chart itself. As a result, if the chart occupies the entire cell, you cannot edit or delete it (especiall when height was set below size of the chart).

I will produce example in the evening. I've set accidentally height to 50, chart was cropped and I was not able to click anywhere to open cell's edit dialog. BTW long press to edit seems intuitive regardles of the issue.
