Route not visible when ended on Galaxy watch

I have set Locus to show any tracks when I end/save them. This is to be able to immediately review a walk on its completion. I normally start and end the track recording on my Galaxy watch.

I have found that if I end the walk via my Galaxy watch the saved walk is not visible, however, if I end/save it on my phone the the recorded track is visible as it should be. This appears to be a fault in the way that Locus works with the watch.

A solution would be appreciated.
