Display of current position on the elevation profile

Hi,

I'm looking for a feature I used last year that I can't find anymore.

It's the display of my current position on the elevation profile in the app. I remember it being marked with a yellow circle on the profile.

Now, when I select the track on the map, the elevation profile with my current position (blue circle) appears, but it doesn't move with the track. As soon as I touch the elevation profile, for example to zoom in, the current position is lost.

Can anyone help me figure out how to see my current live position on the elevation profile?

Thank you!

Hi Johannes,

your location is displayed on the route elevation chart only when you navigate the route and the chart is part of the dashboard.

Use the dashboard Basic+Elev.chart top-over or create your own custom one. More about dashboards: https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php/manual:user_guide:tools:dashboards.

@Michal: Do you know of any way to remove the current elevation bubble which covers some of the elevation profile (screenshot attached)? Thanks

Hi Mike, install the latest version 4.34. The bubble was removed from it. If you don't want to wait until the new version is fully uploaded on Google Play, you can install it from our repo at https://bit.ly/lmVersions.
