Android app and web planner won't synchronise though logged in

I registered yesterday and try Premium Gold. Looking for an alternative to komoot. I planned some tracks in the web planner for my upcoming bike adventure and saved them. I can see them in my account when loggend in in browser, but they don't synchronize with the android app. I tried logging out and logging in again in the app, didn't work. Has anybody an idea what the problem is and how to solve? Thank you!

Hi Alexandra,

the first cloud sync needs to be triggered from the app so that the user database is established. Then the sync can work automatically.
