If the URL is in the route description, it can be deleted. Open the route detail, tap the pencil button in the bottom bar and edit the description.

Thanks. At the moment, there is no option to edit/delete the link. I've asked the devs if it's possible to add it to the next version.
EDIT: the track detail info edit screen will be reworked in August, so perhaps then this will be fixed.
