Lost data during upgrade

Greetings,

I have a old androaid phone, i wanted to transfer all locations to the new phone, i have unloaded all data and when i wanted to load onto new phone it says "This directory can't be transferred. Please select

the directory with Locus Map 4 data"

So I upgraded the app via google app store and when i opened the app all data was gone.

Im sending this question to see what i can do to get my points back.
