New basemap.at model (KM-R)
Planned
basemap.at is now offering an additonal layer for cartographic models as pre-rastered tiles (KM-R and KM-V):

it would be great if this new layer could be added to locus.
I like this idea
Hi Mario,
thanks for the idea. If I'm looking correctly, basemap.at hasn't published the new KM-R/KM-V cartographic model as a standard map tile service (WMTS), which is how Locus connects to basemap.at's other layers (Standard, Grau, Overlay, etc.).
Based on the article you linked, KM-R is currently only available as a Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFF file (meant for GIS desktop tools like QGIS), and KM-V is a downloadable vector package that basemap.at themselves say isn't fully complete yet. Neither format is something we can plug into Locus's map engine the way we do with regular tile layers.
So for now, this does not have a solution. If you notice any change in this, feel free to comment into this idea and I'll gladly implement it.
