go to https://brouter.de/brouter/profiles2/ and download the "river.brf" routing profile. Copy the file into /Locus/router/profiles2/ folder inside the Locus Map app's main directory. Then, in the router profile selection in the route planner, create a new profile. More info: https://docs.locusmap.app/doku.php/manual:faq:how_to_navigate_offline#custom_routing_profiles.
