app migration backup not restoring the maps
Hello guys,
I'm moving Locus 4.35.0 to a new phone using the "app migration backup" utility.
I created the large zip file on the old device and moved it to the new one.
I did "restore from backup" on the new device which, apparently, restored all the library of tracks and points and the settings (good).
The problem is with the offline maps as they are not restored.
During the restore I clearly see the names of the maps being processed but the maps are not visible in the map manager.
I repeated the restore procedure two times on the default main directory then I moved the installation folder to Android/media and repeated the restore with the same result.
I had a look into Android/media/menion.android.locus folders and the situation is this :
maps: empty
mapsPersonal_maps: contains all the map files (but they are not visible in maps manager)
mapsVector: contains only the _themes folder with OpenAndromaps Elevate.zip template
mapsVector_maps: contains all the OpenAndromaps maps .db and .map (but they are not visible )
I had to move the files and everything is now visible,
Why the restore creates this different file structure ?
The same problem
