LM3 classic migration to LM4: offline LoMaps no longer available

Hi,

I switched from LM3 Classic to LM4 Silver a few days ago. All the LoMaps I’ve purchased are still visible under ‘Offline Maps’, but none of the offline LoMaps are loading any more. The message ‘Map download required’ appears. However, if I want to download a map, I have to pay for the map update.

What I’d like, though, is for my existing offline LoMaps from LM3 Classic to remain available to me in LM4 as well.

What do I need to do?
