Geocache Event add to calendar - incorrect time

Hello, I have event in Baku Azerbaijan in their time zone so at 7:00 AM in Baku. I am now in Slovakia. When I add event to Google calendar in the geocache detail it sets the time to 10:00 AM central european time which is incorrect. The time have to be 4:00 AM central european time because time in Baku is UTC+4 (difference is from Bratislava winter time +3 hours). Other geocaching apps like official GC app, cgeo, GC official web add calendar item in correct time. You can try this on geocaching event: https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCBZGFR_meet-greet-baku
