[geocaching] disabled cache vs. archived cache

Currently, I can not differentiate between a (temporarily) disabled cache and an archived cache.

Both are displayed with the same "strike through" icon on the map and using the font attributes red and strike through in the cache detail display.

geocaching.com uses strike through for both disabled and archived caches, but the red font only for archived caches. Disabled caches are displayed using a black font.

Can we get the same in the cache detail screen?

The information is in the gpx files:

* available="False" archived="True" => archived cache

* available="False" archived="False" => disabled cache
