"Update cache" should open the cache
Solved
In previous versions when using the "update cache" feature, Locus leaves the cache screen open. In latest version 2.15.1 this cache screen is closed, so that we have to click it again.
I think it`s more intuitive when you leave it open.
The same problem 
Since version 2.20.0, Locus has completely new dialog for points. Update of caches over Geoaching4Locus happen directly from this screen and after update, screen remain visible and just refresh content. So I believe this problem is now fixed.
