Add a new function: Sounds notification
Declined
Add "Guide to..." Sounds notification such as "Heading to 035°(zero, thirty five), Target at 152°(one, fifty two)", and repeat notifications every... seconds.

we are talking here about notification during guidance to single point? Something like this is already possible if you choose "Text-to-speech" as output option in Guidance notification settings. Let me know if this works fine for you.

12 clock mode of reminder, very practical, . But only to reach the set distance, remind sound only once. I look forward to the process of moving, after a period of time or after some distance, will always remind me.
For example, when I hike or cycling , it may be a total distance of 10 km or more and place the phone in the pocket, I hope in the process of moving, it will remind me in which direction the target and at any time to correct my direction.

this is currently not possible and not even planned to be true.
Temporary workaround here should be using "guidance" along track and not to single point. You may draw very simple line just from two points ( your location > target ) and then start a guidance. Then Locus Map should notify in similar way when "out of track". Anyway in this case, this won't be exactly as you need, because Locus Map will try to lead you toward this "line".
