Add Altitude audio announcements to Audio coach

I frequently hike in mountainous areas, and it would be very useful to get audio announcements of altitude (in feet or meters) along with the other audio announcements already available in the training manager.
I like this idea 
I suggest two, altitude-related enhancements for the Training Manager:
Altitude variable
This is the same as Michael Burek's suggestion. Add an "Altitude variable" in order to report the current altitude (elevation) during a Distance or Time event.
Altitude event
Add an "Altitude event" to the existing Distance and Time events (i.e. notifications). It would permit Locus Pro to report statistics at altitude intervals. For example, for every 100 meter change in elevation (interval is user-defined), it could report one or more of the five variables (Distance, Track time, Avg. speed, Altitude, Heart rate).

It would also be nice to have options for "Track time (moving)" and "Speed (moving)". But the more options the better, especially regarding altitude! :-D

Audio Coach reports elevation data, but it adds elevation gain and elevation loss. For example, if I ascend 1000 meters and descend 500m, Audio Coach will report 1500m. In all fairness we should be able to chose to report Elevation Gain and Elevation Drop separately. For mountain runners or alpinists, the aggregate up and down report is confusing.

I was disappointed when I found out it was elevation gain, not absolute altitude, and that the reports of altitude gain that it gives are vastly too high as is noted elsewhere. Can absolute altitude alone be reported at the intervals as one of the options? Thanks for your continued support!
