Add an overlay to add a new quick point

OK this is something completely new. When I'm driving, especially to a new location, I often start a track recording in Locus to keep my route, then start another app (Waze) to navigate.

Suddenly, I'm driving past a location that I'd like to remember, like a beautiful scenery I'd to visit on a later time. While driving, it isn't easy nor safe to switch back to Locus, tap the quick point button, then switch back to Waze.

It would be a very nice feature to add a floating button like Facebook messenger or Evernote. You can configure the action (= which quick point action you want to execute on tap). This way, the quickpoint button will overlay Waze and when I pass an interesting place, I would only have to tap it without too much interaction on the phone.

This will require a new permission SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW but it would be so very nice to have :-D (maybe it could be an add-on to prevent a new permission?)
