am I blind or is the add-on Field Notes not available at the moment in google play store?

Yes. Google team think, that addon parasite on Locus map application. Because addon use the same name "Locus addon" and similar icon. They did not understand, it's a addon to Locus map. Locus CEO explain status and now google available addon too. Now I restart it in Google Play store. In the near future I publish new version with new souvenirs.
So I think, that any addon could be disable. Now we believe, that all Locus addon is safe :}
