Add points and create a new folder

By clicking on a map and loading the adress, i want to add this waypoint to a folder. So i want to create a new one. This new one is not shown in the drop down menue afterwards, which should be (and i think, it was in former versions). There are only the existing old once, where i can add the waypoint. Trying to make the folder once again, there is the massage folder already exist.
