Add Start/ Stop times to recorded track statistics tab
Gathering feedback
When I go to the recorded track statistics tab there is nearly every possible figure BUT the time when I started the ride, and when I finished the ride. At present I have to tap near the start point > label > Trackpoint N > note the "created" time; then tap near the end point > label > Trackpoint M > note the time. Is there a quicker way?
@menion - Is there a quicker way to do this task? Strange there is almost every statistic possible but not when the track was started and finished.

Hello Andrew,
quicker, hmm, nope. When you open track screen, time "created" should be equal to time of first trackpoint. Endtime, yes, it's missing.

ahh - I didn't realize, thanks. I don't think that is obvious though.
Is it always the case creation time = 1st point time?
Maybe the section below "Created" could be expanded with more user friendly terminology. Even the word "Created" is a bit technical/ non user-friendly although I can't think of a good replacement off hand. Maybe just remove "Created", and use individual "Started" & "Stopped" or similar.

No "always", because in cases when you for example import track, where trackpoints has no times, then this times is set to time when track was imported. So "created" is in this case universal name usable in all cases.

OK good. To me the choice of word "created" sounds geeky like a file "creation" time.

Hi Menion, I came here by looking for the same feature Andrew asked for, as I needed to know the start and stop times of a recorded track.
However, it doesn't seem that the "created" time is the "start" time (and I didn't import a track); look at the attached screenshot:
These are the steps:
So I'm interested too to an expandable view when tapping on "Created" that displays start and end times. It's very useful when naming several tracks similarly or just to know when you began and ended a walk.
Am I missing something (I'm using Locus Pro v3.24.3 by the way)?
