Vector maps - add a default theme showing ALL details

Please add a default theme showing ALL details available in the map files, making the existing information accessible for users without the need to hack theme XML files which is difficult on the go (e.g. not knowing the names of tags, attributes etc by heart).

Reationale: So many different themes have been created, discussed and updated, that even a Is there any Theme which shows all possible details in the map like OSM website. This means that themes are great and helpful, but according to murphys law, you need exactly the information none of your themes displays.

Exmple use cases with unsatisfied information needs

You see your destination on the map and that there`s a bus stop nerby. You need the name of that bus stop to choose the right ticket type (zones), bus line,... and it exists in the map data but is not displayed.

You hike in the mountains, bad weather appears, you see on the map some huts in 1-2 hours range. You want to call the huts to ask who has free beds, but you can`t see the phone number that exists in map data. Similar use case with being slower than expected and needing opening times of aerial ways, bridges,...

You`re an enthusiatic OSM mapper. You`re where no GSM coverage exists and want to check whether existing node tags are up to date (opening hours, contact info etc) so you can limit your notes to the required data. But what`s currently mapped for that node? Remember, you`re offline for some reason so you can`t look it up in the Internet.

Ideas how to implement that

The new theme is based e.g. on hiking theme (already showing many details) and until a detailed zoom level is reached (e.g. 18) nothing changes, afterwads only the new rules apply.

At a detailed zoom level (e.g. 19+) all ways and nodes are drawn as lines / circles and a text tells the type name. For very common types like streets, rivers etc., the usual colors are used so the user has some orientation help. Also, for all elements the name is displayed.

At very detailed zoom levels (e.g. 22+) all element details like additional names, URL, website, phone number, opening hours, cuisine,... are displayed as text.

Yes, it probably won`t be a pretty map, but that`s not important for this theme - the purpose is to get the information, so priority 1 is that it`s functional, prio 2 is it`s usable, prio 3 to 8 don`t exist and prio 9 is a cool look ;-)
