adding more zoom levels to a downloaded map

Hi , is it possible to add another zoom level to a map that's already been downloaded?
I use the AMG as a reference for downloading maps as (ShoddyNet does).
I have SH56-10 Armidale Special zoom 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 and want to add zoom level 8 to it.
if I download with the same name can the file be merged or do I use a different name and let the app work it out as a different file

There is section called - "Downloading types" with option "External SQL". This is exactly what you need. Type "External SQL" allows to choose already existing (downloaded) map and attache additional data to this map.
