Adding own attributes to waypoints
Gathering feedback
I would like to be able to add my own attributes to waypoints that are created using the add point feature. At the moment attributes are standard and the only additional attributes are email, phone and url.

The three current types have a very specific meaning and tapping entries opens Android-internal actions. I fear adding other Android-actions here will be too complex.
However, simply having "name - value" pairs (strings, no functionality) would probably be rather easy to implement and could be a great addition to the description field (which easily gets too full to be useful, just imagine havin some description fromGoogle or Wikipedia, then adding some stuff manually...).
The menu could have the entry "Custom", which opens a dialog so you can enter your own "type". So you could have "Opening times", "Price", etc. with a simple text field as entry.
I would like that :)

I will support this. These Feature is hardly missing and a key-gis-function. I' m collecting points in the fields for many years with locus, and I need fre defined piclists f.e. with discriptional categories of the points. (species, material, color,...)
Please develope locus a little to a gis-application.
Thanks Chris
