I did a reset of my phone 'S3' and voila when I download 'Locus Pro'
I am asked to pay, which shouldn't be the case because I have buy.

I have fully reset my phone a lot of times because I load custom roms. In that process Locus is always perfectly recognized as a paid app: as long as Google knows it is your account. Ensure you are logged in to Google: use the app store to see 'your apps'. Among it should be Locus Pro as a paid app.
