All tools should be accessible under "More functions"-meny

Gathering feedback

In another topic (http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/not-all-map-tools-are-visible-in-the-functions-meny) I tried to get an answer why not all tools are accessible without adding them as a quick button. My idea or suggestion is that all "Map tools" that are listed when adding quick buttons (see screenshot), also should be accessible under the "More functions"-meny.
