Amazon licence problem

I recently acquired Locus pro via Amazon. After removing and

reinstalling the Amazon App Locus does not start anymore: "Amazon

Appstore required. It looks like you no longer have an Amazon Appstore

on your device ... to use this app". However, Amazon Appstore is

installed and I am signed in.

How do I get a valid licence? Currently I cannot use Locus at all.

(Samsung GT-N8000, Android 4.4.2)

We are sorry for the troubles with purchased license. Unfortunately, Amazon app store doesn't allow us to handle with users orders. So please, contact directly Amazon support with this problem.
