Ant+ connection - Silent mode does not work reliable
Solved
On my bike I have two ant+ Sensors: speed and cadence
When both sensors are activated and set to silent mode, most of the time only one connection is established. The other sensor stays "disconnected" and I get along lot of "process aborted" toast messages.
Which one works is not predicable. And in some rare cases both of them work (but I have no idea why).
When I set the disconnected sensor from silent to basic, I can connect without problems. (But this is cumbersome, because then the ant manager opens and I have to click on the sensor, etc.)
Greetings, Ulrich
Hello Ulrich,
this is a really old topic I had on my list "Check when finally new Sensors manager will be done". And so be it. In Locus Map 4, we have now a completely new system of how the app deals with sensors. The main changes are with Bluetooth connection, but ANT+ should be more reliable as well. So if this topic is still actual and you use Locus Map 4, give it a try and let me know. Thanks.
