Solved
Ich nutze Android 5.1 mit einem OpenSource-Betriebssystem (Fairphone). Also ohne den ganzen Google-Laden.
Ich habe LocusPro schon vor Jahren gekauft, bin hoch zufrieden, empfehle es auch immer weiter, habe ein beachtliches Guthaben auf meinem LoCoins-Konto und jetzt ist Schluss!?
Es muss doch möglich sein den registrierten Nutzern einen APK-File zur Verfügung zu stellen!
Bitte schnellst möglich um Hilfe, meine nächste Radtour steht an.

I guess that I can not help you in this situation, because the Google Play application is needed to verify the license of Locus PRO app. Let's say that you somehow install the Locus PRO application. But Locus needs to communicate with Google Play app to verify your license of Locus PRO for your google account. This verification is needed only during first start of Locus app. So I can only suggest following (if possible):
Install Google Play and all needed Google apps > then isntall Locus PRO via Google Play > start Locus PRO, test it and then remove again the Google stuff

Das ist aber sehr enttäuschend.
Erstens wird die Zahl der Nutzer von OpenSource Betriebssystemen immer weiter zunehmen und zweitens gelingt es ja anderen Herstellern auch das Lizenz-Handling ohne Google zu überprüfen.
Wenn dies euer letztes Wort ist, habt ihr sowohl einen guten Kunden, als auch einen Multiplikator (ADFC, SUMMIT-Club) verloren.
Jetzt bleibt nur noch zu klären, was mit meinem Guthaben passiert. Zurück auf PayPal (wäre mir am liebsten) oder Übertragung auf einen Freund, der noch Kunde bei euch ist.

I'm sad that you're disappointing but the Google Play is really needed. I guess that it is quite straightforward. You can purchase th app via Google Play and again you need Google play app to check the license.

well as I know we refund money in situation when Locus application does not work or in case that there is serious problem in application. I'm sorry but this is not your case. I can discuss it with the rest of the Locus team but I'm sure that I have the same opinion.
Is there any important reason why is not possible to use Google Play / Goole services on your new phone?
You've purchased Locus via Google Play application and you've installed it again via Google Play app. So if you want to use it you need to install it via Google Play app. I hope that it makes sense.

Very important: it 's one of the main reasons for changing the OS, to live with out all Google gadgets. Maybe this is no serious reason for you, for me and a lot of other people it's key decision.
To make it short, on my phone Google does not work and I'm not willing to return to Google.

I've just checked your purchase of Locus app in our Google Wallet. You bought a Locus application almost two years ago 8/2014. You used our paid software almost two years. The second reason, as said my colleague Petr, there is no serious problem in application.
So, I am sorry there is no serious reason for refund.

It's not possible to install Google Services on a Open Source-OS. Google doesn't allow it and lock it. In your annoucments is no hint that it's neccessary to you Google Services. to make a long story short: you will not return my money, right? Other solution can I move it to the account of a friend?

Die erworbene Pro ist an den Google account gebunden. Wenn Du Deinen account weitergibst, so sollte der neue Besitzer diesen weiter nutzen können. Samt allen Apps bzw. LoCoins.

Here I am back again. After a period of many try and error attempts I find a solution, to instamm LOCUS Pro without Google. Maybe I am not the only one in the future...
It is possible with the AMAZON store!
