Hello,
I just bought Proversion and installed it on my Android Pad. But I have found that I can not install proversion on my phone, because google play again claims money from me. Should I buy app again? I think that's not OK, because app is actually very expensive and man should also buy maps. If i can not proversion also on mobile install one app again - then i want my money back and i forget locusmap, though app i find interesting but not yet 100% for me. App is very expensive and I can not buy twice. Well, I want my money back.

There is not necessary to purchase Locus app again.
Locus purchased license is matched with your Google account which you used for purchase. So please, add this account to your second device and simply install Locus from Google Play store.

I am sorry, there is not possible to refund your order from August 2018. Please, see an attach. Google Play doesn't allow to developer refund an older order. You can see there a inactive button "refund". Also from our side there is no reason for refund. Locus app works without crashes, you can install Locus on second device according to your request.
