App assumes missing SDCard

locus pro - reinstalled on a new phone. app startes be i get an error message "cannot create root directory, SDCard probably missing. Insert it into device are run again" in upgrade my droid x to a droid razor max.

this may have few reasons. Firstly say me please absolute path to your internal storage. Also have you device SD card or only internal memory?
I have Xoom tablet and it have also problems with writting on SD card. It`s accessible only in a read-only mode. It`s same problem in Razor max?
