Audio recording: Extension .mp3 is misleading for file type samr (?)
Solved
In v3.0.2, I added an audio recording to a point of a recorded track. The audio file has extension .mp3 (in data/media/audio and in GPX export) which is quite misleading concerning the file type - I tried several mp3 players, none played the audio file. I had a look with a HEX editor and saw moov and gp4 in the header, so I renamed it to .mov and tried the video player SMPlayer which worked and showed the audio is not mp3 but samr.
Could the file name be changed so it gives a better hint about the audio format? Or could we record in MP3?
Ah I'm stupid, thank you!
After some investigationg, I found that
it's not possible to record audio directly to mp3 files. For this is
needed some external library, weird. Correct file ending should be
*.3gp. I'll fix it to next version!

It's working fine in 3.1.3 and now, the PC does automatically select SMPlayer. Thanks! :)
