Is it possible to auto refresh gpx file? I think this option will give this app the possibility of realtime tracking

for purpose of autorefreshing (I can imagine this as repeatable querring of certain HTTP address after some time period), I may suggest existing solution over KML - NetworkLink - https://developers.google.com/kml/documentation/kml_tut#network_links
Network link may contains url and condition when url will be used for download. Good luck
