unfortunately your method isn't best method how to help fix such weird problem. Please read this page: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:issue_reporting . In your case, will be probably needed an log.

Application can not be started. I installed it again and it did not work. I do not know English well. I put on youtube looks like a mistake.

sorry for a delay. Understand that this really have to be some problem in Locus, but from your video, I have absolutely no chance to fix problem.


May I ask you for creating a log right after Locus disappear? I should only hope that in log will be some useful information. How to create a log is wrote here: http://docs.locusmap.eu/doku.php?id=manual:faq:how_to_create_debug_log . Thank you.

Good day Albert, thanks for a try. I'm rather checking email inbox directly, but seems you really send just above screenshots right? Unfortunately I can't check your problem with it. What is needed, is full message as text file obtained from CatLog application (as gynta quoted). It is possible? Thanks
