existing dashboards should already be included in automatic backups. I've just rather tested it and indeed, they are there. Do you mean to backup just your defined dashboards or something different?

Hmm but they really should already be stored in all these backups. If you try to restore any latest backup over backup manager, you should see dialog with "what may be restored". Dashboard is missing there?

Ok I found my problem. I backup'd only settings. Then its not working. When I backup all its working. For me its part of settings and should be backup'd with settings only too.

Yes it may be considered as part of settings, on second side it may be useful to separate it during restore, because you may wants to keep modified versions of dashboards and just restore some different objects, like "Presets" or just "Settings.
So now if you know it, I believe it won't be a problem anymore. Thanks for understanding.
Ah ok.

Maybe a setting in backup all where I.can choose what to back up. Same fields like in the restore settings to keep backup small or if you don't want to share sensitive data with other people.

Yes I mean my personal defined dashboards. I think all dashboards in the same folder should be backup'd too.
