Hello, I have idea for letting user periodically informed by sound about battery status without checking the level self
- Battery level is not visible in Locus in full screen mode except a dashboard / custom screen tile
My idea is to:
- continuously report dropping battery level by voice or a sound at reaching certain levels (eg. 90%, 80%, 70%....10%) - prefferably by TTS engine (speak "Battery level reached %n percent")
- define additional alerts at low battery status levels (20% and below) - make special sound
Customizable settings:
- reporting state: always off / always on / on when not connected to charger
- steps in which the reports will be issued (default = 10%)
- which trend to report: always on reaching any multiple of defined step / descending - multiple of defined step if previous reported state was higher / optionally ascending (if connected to charger / here full charge should be reported too)
- special low status alerts (define levels when to issue, define sound or TTS phrase)
I like this idea

Guys is this really needed? Isnt there already any application that already do these kinds of notifications? I'm sure it is.

Such app is Battery HD+. It can issue distinct sounds at custom battery levels, but does notify always when the phone is on (annoying outside Locus)

Skvěle by to pasovalo do toho Manažeru tréningů, kde jsou různé proměnné, které to může říkat. Dá se tam přidat stav baterie, aktuální čas, zbývající vzdálenost při navigaci po trase apod. Prostě spousta užitečných věcí.
