BLE heart rate sensor support

With Bluetooth Low Energy (aka "Bluetooth Smart") finally available in Android 4.3 it would be great to have BLE heart rate sensors (like Polar H6 or H7) supported in Locus.
I like this idea

ok, but with version 2.19.0 it works like a charm. I use it with Galaxy s2, Cyanogenmod 11 and arendo Hart Rate Monitor Bluetooth 4.0.

benuli - you should probably open a separate topic for that, so that more people can vote for it. If implementing HR alerts, both lower and upper end of interval should be alerted.
