I`m worried if even this app do not connect (app specialized on BT GPS connection), it won`t be possible even in Locus

sorry for a late response.
Unfortunately I don`t have much help here. Adding a support for some hardware devices is usually quite complicated and in most situations, I need to have this device at home to correctly add it`s support. It will be probably same problem here.
Anyway if other BT GPS app is able to connect to your device, it`s possible to use it also in Locus. If you keep enabled internal GPS in Locus and then connect your device to your BT mouse with this BT GPS program, your should then use received location also in Locus. If you`ll not be able to make it work, write me and I`ll try to write you better step-by-step description
