Can not run Locus Maps Free

Hi,
I installed Locus Maps 3.16.12 on my S4 smartphone, Android
During starting error message appears: Unknown problem, error code 101. App does not run from phone memory and SD card as well. Is it possible to use the App on my S4?

Installed from GooglePlay. After phone's restart it works fine.

thank you for info. I'm glad that restart helped because it was really weird issue. However there was very likely some internet connection problem.
