Cannot access Ordnance Survey maps

I recently attempted to access the UK Ordnance Survey maps and Locus Pro displayed an error message saying "Map not valid for this store account". (See attached screen shot.)
When I went to the Locus store, it did not indicate that I had purchased these maps. It also listed my LoCoins credit as zero.

Dear Mark,
I'm sorry for troubles, but it seems that you're logged in Locus Store with different account (email). Please try to remember what email you used to use earlier and login with this account: Menu > Locus Store > right account panel > change account > login again.
