Cannot change mapsVector and data/srtm Dirctory to sdcard

Hi, when I try to change the mapsVector and data/srtm Directory to the sdcard, I can only select Directories on the internal memory (see S2.jpg, S3.jpg). For all other Directories I get the Menue (see S1.jpg) and I would probably able to change. I just moved to a Samsung Tab 10.1 (2019) with Android 9 and One UI 1.1. The internal memory is too small for my SRTM- and Vector Cards. For the Vector cards, I can add a new Directory on the sdcard with the +-Sign in the card menue; this is not possible for the SRTM-File. Can you help?

first of all create on external SD folder with subfolder: LoMap/mapsVector
next open
menü/Einstellungen/Verschiedenes/Standartverzeichnisse/Erweitert
click on "mapsVector/ Verzeichnis zuweisen
in next window click top right "3-dot button" and Lokale Laufwerke
now you should see internal and external storage for selection
