Cannot load themes..knob is missing

Hi,
I'm running Locus 3.9.3 now, and wanted to update my themes.
I removed some old themes (by hand) in the Mapsvector/themes map, and loaded the new Elevate L theme.
I cannot make it work however:
The knob "Menu", "Settings", "Map - advanced", touch on "Theme of the maps" is missing, ande the new theme does not show in the "sliding T-shirt" menu either...what am I doing wrong?

have to ask - do you have any "vector / mapsForge" map visible? If so, do you see new small blue button in most bottom left corner of the screen? That is what you are looking for.
