Cannot unsubscribe outdooractive online map

Not a Problem

I subscribed outdooractive online map for 99.0 LoCoins / Month. Now I want to cancel my subscription, but the function is missing in the context menu on the map settings. See attachment. How can I unsubscribe the map for the next month?

Hello Jan,


please tap on Store ("Obchod") > then open for example Germany > there is item "Outdooractive online maps" > open it and tap on "Cancel" to cancel subscription.

Hello Petr,


I have the same problem as Jan. But when I click Store > Austria, I can't see there "Outdooractive online maps". I see just "outdooractive". When I click on it, there is 168 partial maps and I can't guess which one I have subscribed to. Each one cost 300 or 200 locoins, no one 99,-

Not in my phone, nor in e-mail is said what region exactly I have pay for.


Please help me to unsubscribe

Hello Peter,

I'm sorry for complications. We'll prepare improving in sorting of items. The online subscription will be the first one. However to your issue. You can follow steps described in previous post (you can cancel subscription via Germany). Or open Austria > outdooractive > scroll down in the middle of list of 168 items. In the list is item called: "Outdooractive online maps" > tap on it and in here you can Cancel subscription.

folowing your guidance I was able to find and deactivate my subscription, thank you!

However, as you said It would be really appreciated to show all subscriptions at one place.


Anyway, Locus is great product, thank you for your effort.

This is still not user-friendly in my opinion. I needed to google to cancel the online subscription after I found it to be useless for me... I like Locus, but the fact that I don't have an overview on my subscriptions will keep me away from buying anything...

We know that it isn't ideal and for his reason I'd like to ask: What were your steps when you wanted to cancel the subscription, please?

I could not find my subscription in the locus store. I was searching for something like: "My active subscriptions".

The e-mail notification after subscribing said something like: You can cancel your subscription in the locus store. So I did open the locus store but I was not able to find my subscription. After I found this forum entry, I learned that I need to scroll through a huge number of maps to find the one I did subscribe to... :-)
